1.  Where can I charter from / to?   Charters can be booked within North America.

2.  How much does it cost?   Every charter is unique and is priced according to your itinerary and aircraft type. Complete the Request a Charter Quote Form or alternatively contact a Charter Sales Agent at (867) 668.2228 ext 4 or toll free in North America 1.800.661.0407 ext 4.

3.  How far in advance do I need to book my charter?   We can arrange a charter on very short notice, sometimes in less than four hours, subject to aircraft and crew availability and cleared funds.

4.  How do I get a quote?   Requests for a no obligation charter quote can be made by completing the Request a Charter Quote Form or alternatively by contacting a Charter Sales Agent at (867) 668.2228 ext 4 or toll free in North America 1.800.661.0407 ext 4.

5.  I'm ready to book, what happens next?   When you wish to confirm a charter we will send you a Charter Agreement by fax or email. This will provide full details of the aircraft, your itinerary and payment information. Once you have signed and returned the agreement to us, your charter is confirmed.

6.  Can I change my departure times after a charter has been confirmed?   When chartering a commercial airliner, changing your times may not always be possible. We will, however, do our very best to accommodate you, as the aircraft might operate other flights before or after your trip. Please contact the charter sales team.

7.  How and when do I pay?   A 10% deposit is required at time of charter booking and confirmation. Payment in full is required 48 hours prior to departure.

Air North accepts wire transfers, certified cheques or all major credit cards. Cleared payment is required prior to the departure of the charter.

8.  I have additional passengers. Will my flight cost increase?   No.

Your price is based on chartering the entire aircraft and will therefore not change as long as the number of passengers does not exceed the aircraft's available seating capacity and/or the maximum payload for the aircraft. However, if chartering to the United States the flight cost per person may increase slightly.

9.  What about flight tickets?   Tickets are not required on a chartered aircraft for domestic flights, however we do require a passenger name list 3 days before departure.

On international flights we require the passenger name list 5 days in advance and additional information such as passengers' nationality, date of birth and passport number with expiry date.

In all cases, you will be advised of the passenger information we will require well in advance of your flight.

10.  What types of aircraft do you have available?   View our Fleet Facts page for information about our fleet.

11.  Which aircraft type should I choose?   When you call, e-mail or request a quote via our website, we'll provide a selection of aircraft options and recommend the type that best suits your requirements.

12.  Will there be other passengers on my charter flight?   When you book a charter, you decide who will be permitted to travel on the aircraft.

13.  Will there be refreshments served on the charter?   When you book your charter, you will be asked to detail any specific catering requirements. Dependent on the type of aircraft you are chartering a wide range of catering menus will be available to select from. Beverage service will include a selection of non-alcoholic choices. Bar service can be provided at an additional cost.
