Changing Your Travel Plans
If you need to change your travel plans or are unable to travel, please
contact reservations at (867) 668.2228
ext 1 or North America toll free 1.800.661.0407 ext 1, or the travel agent
who made your reservation as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in
cancellation of other bookings on your itinerary or cancellation and re-booking
fees.
Cancellations
All reservations are non-refundable. When cancelling a reservation more
than 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, your purchase is placed in a customer
credit file for reuse within 1 year of the date the original ticket was purchased. Once
confirmed, all changes may carry a processing fee per segment/leg regardless of notice.
