Validity Period and Blackout Dates

• Aurora Air Pass segments may be used between November 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026.
• Aurora Air Passes may be extended online or by phone prior to expiry to extend travel until June 15, 2026 for $336 including tax ($320 + GST).
• Blackout dates apply to Aurora Saver Air Passes: Dec. 17, 2025 until Jan. 5, 2026, March 5-9, 2026, April 2-6, 2026
• All unused flight segments remaining beyond the validity period will be forfeited.

Number of Eligible Travellers

Up to two individuals’ names may be provided for travel at any time during the validity period of the Air Pass. A name may be changed for a fee of $131.25 including tax ($125 + GST), but may only take place after any existing bookings under the name being changed have been completed, or if no bookings are active.

Booking Flights and Seat Selection

To book online, visit flyairnorth.com/sign-in-air-pass and use the login name and password provided with your purchase. You may also contact Air North at 1.800.661.0407 to book over the phone.

Bookings are permitted up to two hours prior to departure time, based on availability. Please note that special meal requests require 24-hours’ notice and cannot be accommodated on short notice.

Seat selection is available for a fee at the time of booking, but is free of charge during the online check-in process.

Changes to Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings may be changed or cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of the booking time. A change or cancellation fee of $84 including tax ($80 + GST) will apply from 24 hours after the booking is made.
• Changes are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Same-day changes can be made by contacting Air North or in person at an Air North airport check-in counter.
• Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time or the applicable air pass segments will be forfeited

No-Show Fee

If a passenger does not show up for a flight upon which they are booked, this will result in the loss of the full value of the Air Pass segment(s) used to book the flight.

Terms and Conditions

• One Air Pass segment is required per one-way flight. These segments are non-transferrable and may only be used by the eligible traveller(s). Air Pass segments may only be used to book the routes identified in the Flight Segments and Routes section, based upon availability. These routes, and Air North’s operating schedule, may change without notice.
• Aurora Air Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. They may not be sold by the original purchaser and any unused segments will be void if sold to transferred to another party.
• The purchaser is responsible for advising Air North of any change in contact information (address, phone number and email address).
• The booking and use of air pass segments is subject to all applicable rules, policies, terms and conditions of carriage. For instance, the offering of special services (e.g. unaccompanied minors, customers with special needs, travelling with an infant/child, travelling with a pet) are subject to applicable conditions and restrictions. In addition, not all special services are available free of charge. Please speak to an Air North agent for details if you require any special services.
• The booking and use of air pass segments are subject to applicable laws, including immigration requirements. It is the responsibility of the traveller(s) to carry all necessary travel documents and comply with all applicable immigration requirements.
• Air pass bookings are subject to the checked and carry-on baggage policies applicable to GoYukon fares and vary based on the type of aircraft operating the route. Please review our baggage policies at flyairnorth.com/flights/baggage prior to travel.
• All additional fees or options (including, but not limited to, route upgrade fees and seat selection) are paid separately at the time of booking or check-in.
• The purchase of Aurora Air Passes by corporate customers, government agencies, or groups (10 or more travellers) is prohibited. Please contact corporate@flyairnorth.com for information about our Air Passes for Business options or groups@flyairnorth.com for assistance with group bookings.
