Under guidance from the PSA Lead, this position will be responsible to assist passengers while in the terminal building with duties including check-in, baggage drops and boarding. The PSA role requires excellent customer service skills, problem solving ability, computer aptitude, superior safety awareness and readiness for physical duties such as lifting baggage and assisting passengers. As one of the frontline employees representing the Company,  professional attitude and positive mindset is key to success in this position.

We are seeking a hard-working individual, who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude to the work environment and is seeking employment with a fun, professional, and reputable company.

 

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or designate, the individual is responsible for the maintenance of Air North, Yukon’s Airline’s aircraft and aircraft equipment in a safe and effective manner including: servicing, inspecting, repairing and monitoring of aircraft to ensure airworthiness standards are met. The ACA is supervised by the Production Supervisor or Lead ACA while on duty.
