Terms and Conditions

• Shareholders must book using a shareholder segment to access the companion fare for another traveller and must travel on the same flight(s). Only one companion permitted per shareholder segment booking.
• New bookings only, based on availability.
• Must book five (5) days in advance.
• Shareholder Companion Fare Rules Applies:

1. Changes and cancellations are subject to a fee of $80.00 plus tax ($84.00 GST or $90.40HST) 
2. Fare difference waived on changes unless the companion and shareholder are rebooking to different travel dates. In that instance, the companions change will be subject to fare difference to the lowest available GoYukon/Optimum fare. 
3. Advance seat selection is $15.00 plus GST($15.75) or HST($16.40) for standard seats. 
4. Preferred Seats, rows 1 - 3 is $20.00 plus GST($21.00) or HST($22.60). 
5. Emergency Exit row seat fee is $25.00 plus GST($26.25) or HST($28.25).  
6. Seat selection is only available on Boeing 737 aircraft/routes.
7. Changes and cancellations are accepted up to two (2) hours prior to flight; however, passengers who do not show up for a flight do not received a credit or a refund.
8. Credit files are created for the fund and will expire after one year from the date of purchase.
9. All taxes, and fees are non-refundable; however, they may be used as credit towards a future flight with Air North.
